Groom Service is a full-service, mobile grooming concept that has been serving pets and their owners since 2011.

Renee Van Hoorn and Joe Foster have created a new concept in mobile pet grooming and Groom Service Mobile Pet Spa — combining Renee’s love of animals and years of elite grooming experience with Joe’s business and marketing skills. Focusing on quality and technology, Groom Service is a full-service, mobile grooming concept that provides quality over quantity while making it convenient for customers to book and pay securely online. Five years after a successful east coast launch, in 2016 we took this seed and planted it in California. We doubled our client list in the first year, and by the second year in California we tripled to nearly 3500 clients!

Our business is built on integrity and strict principles, from the cleanliness of our state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz grooming salons to our transparent treatment of clients and staff. Although 2020 was a difficult year for all businesses, Groom Service followed strict pandemic health guidelines and grew from 1 to 4 working vans including 175 new clients a month. Groom Service has continued to thrive because we’ve got a model that works! Due to the increasing demand for professional, high-quality services like ours, we launched a new journey in 2020 — franchising! We treat our clients’ pets as if they are our own, setting us apart from the competition. Our mission is Good Dog (Integrity), Stay Dog (Thoroughness), and Speak Dog (Communication).
