I recently adopted Rex, a 2y.o. flat coated retriever from a local shelter. He was a Sandy storm survivor and in the shelter for 40+ days so you can imagine how dirty he was. Renee showed up at my house on Christmas Eve and took the time to explain what she was going to do make Rex look as handsome as he could, from using extra shampoo to trimming the hair between his pads. My dog looked stunning after Renee was finished. Even though I was referred to her from a friend, it was clear that not only does Renee know what she's doing but takes pride in her work. My only dilemma is now trying to find a mobile grooming service as good as this for ME as I found myself a wee bit jealous of my pooch.  :-)

5 Stars All Around! Clean, Friendly, Reliable, Punctual, Customer-Oriented, etc, etc... Groom Service is the only grooming service I will ever use. Renee has a beautiful, state of the art van that she cleans and de-sheds my dog in. No other service comes close. I will never take my GSD to another groomer. I wish I had found Renee sooner so I wouldn't have tortured my dog taking him to kennel groomers.
